  Return Policy

RETURN POLICY (GENERAL MERCHANDISE)
- No Refunds.
- Exchange only within 7 days.
- All products must be in resalable condition.
- Exchanges must be approved and the customer must be issued a RA# (Return
Authorization #) prior to shipping the merchandise back to us.
- To receive a RA#, contact an internet sales representative

- After receiving your RA#, you will have 7 days to have the package shipped back to us.
- Your replacement item will be shipped out only after the original item has been
received.

 

RETURN POLICY (FORMAL WEAR)
- No Refunds.
- We allow SIZE SWAPS ONLY within 7 days. No other exchanges.
- All products must be in resalable condition.
- Size swaps must be approved and the customer must be issued a RA# (Return
Authorization #) prior to shipping the merchandise back to us.

- All Sales Final.
- No Refund.

*All delivery charges are paid by the customer, including the return shipping for
exchanged items.

*We will not be held responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
